The 4th Annual Scholarships Award Ceremony was held on the 17th of February 2017 at Indian Academy Degree College – Autonomous. Pujya Ramathamanantha, Chinmaya Mission, Bangalore was the Chief Guest for the ceremony. Besides the Dr. T. Somasekhar, Chairman IAGET, Secretary, Principals & Directors of Indian Academy Group of Institutions were also present.
Under the competent vision of the Chairman of the Group of Institutions, Dr. T. Somasekhar, 15 Merit Scholarships, 15 Merit cum Means Scholarships and 5 Girls Scholarship were awarded to students & as a part of its continuous Institutional Social Responsibility.
The Merit scholarship programme is an endeavour to boost the morale of meritorious students who exhibit brilliance in academic performance. The Merit Scholarships inspire toppers to pursue their dreams and strive for further excellence in their chosen fields of study.
