Shubharambh is the formal Inaugural program of Co-Curricular Club activities of the Department of Commerce (UG). This auspicious program was presided by Dr. E. Jerome Xavier, Principal, Indian Academy Degree College- Autonomous. The event unfolded with the Invocation of almighty’s blessing’s, followed by the welcome address by Ms.Sitara, Faculty, Dept of Commerce.
Chief Guest for the event, Dr. E. Jerome Xavier addressed the young leaders with his motivational & inspiring words of wisdom. Leaders were advised to embrace change which is the need of the hour to sustain in the competitive race. They were motivated to shoulder Co-Curricular club responsibilities with all zeal and zest.
44 Student Leaders were honoured in the Badging ceremony by the Principal. Team of eleven students constitute the Club council of the Co-Curricular clubs of the department namely, TALENTIA, INITIUM, COMMQUEST & CULIDOSCOPE.
The program concluded with the words of gratitude presented by Ms. Shruthi Shindhe, Faculty, Dept of Commerce and the National Anthem.
