The Internal Qulaity Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Indian Academy Degree College organized a one Day Seminar for the Faculty and Staff Members. This initiative was taken in order to orient the Faculty and staff with the basic facts of successful Autonomous Institutions and to thereby provide a roadmap for Autonomy. The key resource persons for the sessions included: Dr.John Shekhar, Professor & Head of the Dept. of English, American College, Madurai; Dr. Manu Chakravarthy, Professor, English Department, NMKRV College; Prof. Jeo Joy Controller of Examinations, Kristu Jayanti College. The Resource persons shared their experiences & displayed valuable discernment regarding Autonomy.
