Ensemble the HR Club of IASMS organized HR Recruitment Strategy – an event coordinated by the Suman Roshni and Manjunath of III Semester MBA. The event was a case presentation competition in line with the leadership crisis facing Infosys. Can our students offer a better Choice for the post of INFOSYS CEO ?
The teams constituting four in a team included 1 Semester M.B.A. and 3 Semester M.B.A. students. Each team presented their choice of suitable candidates ranging from Marissa Mayer, Yahoo CEO to T.V. Mohandas Pai, Chairman of Manipal Global Education with convincing reasons to justify their choice. The participating teams made some excellent presentations displaying their analytical skills and decision making ability. The judges for the event were Dr. Puja Archana Sahu and Dr. Reena Shyam.
